Brand Authenticity Commitment

Zingle Kart permits only original and authentic brands to sell products on the platform. Counterfeit, duplicate, replica, or unauthorized products are strictly prohibited.

Selling as a Brand Owner

Brands selling directly on Zingle Kart must be the legitimate owners of the brand and hold valid rights to manufacture, distribute, and sell the products listed. Proof of brand ownership may be requested during onboarding or at any time thereafter.

Selling on Behalf of a Brand

Individuals or businesses selling products on behalf of another brand must possess proper authorization from the original brand owner. This includes valid authorization letters, distributorship agreements, or brand-issued invoices clearly identifying the original brand.

Invoice & Documentation Requirements

All sellers representing a brand must provide genuine invoices issued by the original brand or authorized manufacturer. Invoices must include accurate brand details, product information, quantity, pricing, and applicable tax details.

Trademark & Intellectual Property Rights

Brands onboarding on Zingle Kart must own or have lawful rights to use brand names, logos, trademarks, and related intellectual property. Registered trademarks, where applicable, must comply with relevant trademark laws. Unauthorized use of intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Compliance With Laws & Regulations

Brands and brand sellers must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including consumer protection laws, product safety regulations, labeling requirements, and intellectual property regulations.

Brand Misuse & Infringement Reporting

If you are a legitimate brand owner and believe that your brand, trademark, logo, or products are being misused, misrepresented, or sold on Zingle Kart without proper authorization, you may report the issue to us.

Brand owners must provide a clear explanation along with valid supporting evidence such as trademark registration certificates, authorization documents, invoices, or other relevant proof. Zingle Kart will review the submitted information and take appropriate action where necessary.

Verification, Review & Enforcement

Zingle Kart reserves the right to verify brand documents, invoices, trademark registrations, and authorization proofs at any time. If misuse, misrepresentation, or counterfeit activity is identified, Zingle Kart may suspend or remove listings, restrict seller accounts, or take further action as required by law.

Platform Authority

Zingle Kart retains full authority to approve, reject, restrict, or remove brands or brand sellers from the platform to protect customers, legitimate brand owners, and marketplace integrity.

Future Brand Onboarding

Zingle Kart continues to expand its brand ecosystem and welcomes genuine brands and authorized partners that meet platform standards. All onboarding is subject to review and approval.
