1. Introduction & Acceptance

Zingle Kart operates a curated e-commerce marketplace. By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Platform Structure & Role

Zingle Kart operates both as a seller and as a marketplace facilitator. Most stores and vendors available on the platform operate under Zingle Kart and are owned, managed, or directly controlled by Zingle Kart to maintain product quality, reliability, and service standards.

3. Limited Multi-Vendor Marketplace

Zingle Kart follows a limited-seller marketplace model. Independent sellers are selectively onboarded after review and approval. The platform is not open to unrestricted seller registrations, and seller onboarding is intentionally limited to protect customer trust and marketplace reliability.

4. Products Sold by Zingle Kart

For products sold directly by Zingle Kart, the platform assumes full responsibility for product quality, pricing, fulfillment, customer support, returns, and refunds in accordance with applicable platform policies.

5. Independent Sellers & Responsibility

Products sold by approved independent sellers remain the sole responsibility of the respective seller. Sellers are responsible for product descriptions, pricing, authenticity, warranties, delivery, and after-sales service. Zingle Kart acts as a facilitator and enforces compliance with marketplace rules.

6. User Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be legally capable of entering binding agreements
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You agree to provide accurate and current information

7. Pricing, Payments & Transactions

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Zingle Kart does not store sensitive payment information. Transaction settlement may vary depending on whether a product is sold by Zingle Kart or by an independent seller.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Logistics

Orders may be fulfilled either by Zingle Kart or by approved sellers using third-party logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors. Zingle Kart is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

9. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

Zingle Kart establishes platform-level rules for returns and refunds. For selected product categories, sellers are required to accept returns as mandated by the platform. The standard return window is generally up to 7 days from delivery but may change at the platform’s discretion.

Where physical returns are not possible due to regional or logistical limitations, refund decisions may be based on evidence requested by the Zingle Kart team. Final decisions regarding returns and refunds rest with Zingle Kart. Full details are available in the Refund Policy.

10. Reviews & User Content

Users may submit reviews or content provided it is lawful and truthful. Zingle Kart reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates platform policies.

11. Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent transactions or policy abuse
• Unauthorized access or system interference
• Submission of false or misleading information

12. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, trademarks, and designs are the intellectual property of Zingle Kart or their respective owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

Zingle Kart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from independent seller actions, logistics issues, or third-party services, except where required by law.

14. Indemnification

Users and sellers agree to indemnify and hold Zingle Kart harmless from claims or losses arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

15. Force Majeure

Zingle Kart shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, or technical disruptions.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, and jurisdiction shall lie with courts determined by Zingle Kart.

17. Changes to Terms

Zingle Kart reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
