Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds are processed on the Zingle Kart platform.

1. Refund Overview

Refunds are not automatically granted and are processed strictly based on platform review, inspection outcomes, usage condition, and evidence verification. All refund requests are subject to approval by Zingle Kart.

2. Refund Request Timeline

Customers must contact Zingle Kart customer support to apply for a refund within the applicable return window. The refund request period starts from the delivery date recorded by the logistics partner. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

3. Wrong or Defective Products

If a customer receives a wrong product or a defective item, they must contact customer support within the return window. Refunds in such cases are evaluated strictly based on evidence such as images or videos requested and verified by the support team.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be approved in cases where the product has been damaged by the customer, broken due to misuse, tampered with, or used. Products that are intended for personal or hygiene use become non-refundable once opened or used.

5. Hygiene & Usage Restrictions

Products related to personal care, grooming, cosmetics, fragrances, earbuds, or similar hygiene-sensitive items are eligible for refund only if they are unused, unopened, and in original condition. Any sign of use automatically disqualifies the product from refund eligibility.

6. Customized & Handmade Products

Customized, personalized, handmade products, and handmade paintings are not eligible for standard refunds as they cannot be resold. Refunds may be considered only in cases of verified manufacturing or transit defects, based strictly on evidence.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are initiated only to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing timelines depend on banks, payment gateways, card issuers, and external service providers.

8. Platform Authority & Policy Updates

Zingle Kart retains full and final authority to approve or reject any refund request to prevent misuse, fraud, or policy abuse. This Refund Policy may be updated at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
